Serving
as one of the first line of defense against infections, the lungs are
taken for granted. When they work properly, we really do not notice that
they are there.
Only when something happens then all of a sudden we become aware of them.
Here’s how to clear your lungs of tar and nicotine:
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 400 grams of onion
- 2 teaspoons ginger and turmeric
- 400 grams of honey (about 14 grams)
Bring the supplements in one liter of water to the point of boiling. Add two teaspoons of grated ginger root and turmeric. Use only fresh roots.
Let the mixture cook for 10 minutes, then add honey. Stir until boiling, and then cool it. Take two tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach, and again at night before sleeping.
